Visibuild Pty Ltd (ACN 649 906 418) (Visibuild) and each entity that controls, is controlled by, or under common control with, Visibuild (Visibuild, we, us and our) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and their Personal Information or Personal Data and complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).
If you are a resident of the European Union or the United Kingdom, we are required to comply with the GDPR in relation to your Personal Data that we process in connection with providing our products or services to you.
Please read this carefully as it will have important consequences for you in relation to the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Information or Personal Data you provide to us.

Visibuild will collect your Personal Information or Personal Data directly from you. In certain circumstances, Visibuild may be required to collect Personal Information or Personal Data from third parties, for example, to provide you with an invitation to access or use the Visibuild platform.
The purpose of Visibuild collecting your Personal Information or Personal Data is:
a) to invite you to access or use the Visibuild platform;
b) to create a user account associated with your email address to allow you to log in to the Visibuild platform, and to ensure that we can detect unauthorised activity on your user account;
c) to facilitate your or your company’s onboarding to the Visibuild platform;
d) to associate the documentation and images collected from your use of the Visibuild platform with your user account;
e) use in our internal analytics and customer relationship management software; and / or
f) any other activities which are reasonably necessary in relation to the use of the Visibuild platform,
(each a Purpose).
You acknowledge and agree to your Personal Information or Personal Data being collected and used for, and in connection with, these purposes and any other purpose described in our Privacy Policy and Credit Reporting Policy.
If Visibuild does not collect this Personal Information or Personal Data for the Purpose, then Visibuild will be unable to allocate data collected from your use of the Visibuild platform, you may be unable to login to the Visibuild platform, and we will be unable to send you direct marketing communications (unless you have otherwise consented to receive those communications). You may unsubscribe from receiving these communications at any time.
In some instances, we may collect Personal Information or Personal Data from you which is unsolicited. To the extent reasonable, we will delete or de-identify any unsolicited Personal Information or Personal Data.
Visibuild may share your information with Visibuild’s third party service providers who assist Visibuild in providing its products and services to you (such as marketing service providers, IT service providers, contractors and consultants), and any other organisation covered in Visibuild’s Privacy Policy.
It is possible that some of the information collected may be disclosed to Visibuild’s related body corporate or service providers outside of Australia. You consent to your information being disclosed to a destination outside Australia for this purpose, including but not limited to the United States of America and Europe and you understand and acknowledge that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to such disclosures of your Personal Information or Personal Data.
We will store your Personal Information or Personal Data for 15 years or until the purpose for collection has ended.
Visibuild’s Privacy Policy sets out the process as to how you can access and correct any of your Personal Information or Personal Data collected under this form as well as to how you can make a complaint if Visibuild has breached the Privacy Act in the handling of your Personal Information or Personal Data. b) to offer you updates, discounts, or other content or products and services that may be of interest to you and to provide you with direct marketing communications from us or our related entities and associates (using direct mail, telemarketing, email, SMS and MMS messages),;
(each a “Purpose”).

Your Personal Information or Personal Data may be disclosed, for the Purpose, to third party service providers including without limitation marketing service providers, IT service providers, contractors and sales consultants and other parties who assist us in providing our products and services to you, and any other organisation as expressly covered in our Privacy Policy.
