Construction quality management awards
Recognising the people who raise the standard
The Construction Quality Management Awards celebrate the individuals, teams and companies driving better quality across Australian and New Zealand construction. We created them with Construction Quality Australia to give quiet, consistent work the recognition it rarely gets.

Why it matters
Good quality doesn’t announce itself. It shows up as the call you never get, the rework that never happens, the handover that goes clean.
The site managers, foremen, project engineers and subcontractors who make that happen do it quietly, project after project. These awards put their names in front of the industry across Australia and New Zealand.
Who we partner with
We run the awards with Construction Quality Australia (CQA), the independent, not-for-profit body working to lift quality across the industry.
CQA connects quality professionals through training, research and shared standards, with a single goal: reduce rework and build more certainty into how Australia builds. That mission is the reason the partnership works.

What the awards recognise
Awards span head contractors and subcontractors, from senior leaders driving cultural change to early-career rising stars. Some are decided on real project data. Others are open for anyone to nominate a peer, with finalists shortlisted and winners chosen by industry-wide public vote.
New for 2026 is the AI Leadership in Construction award, recognising the teams putting new tools to work to catch issues earlier, reduce rework, and hand over cleaner projects.
