In this training session, we focused on one of the most powerful (and sometimes misunderstood) workflows in construction quality – defecting.

Led by myself and joined by Sam from our Customer Success team, this session walks through how to set up your project for defect management, log defects quickly from the field, and stay on top of progress and accountability across every level of your build.

• Setting up defect rounds, automated workflows, and approval sequences

• Using filters, QR codes, dashboards, and exports to track and report defects effectively
