The process is simple: Once you receive your invite email from your company or project admin, just click the link, set up your password, and download the app. If you’re on multiple projects, we showed how to seamlessly switch between them.

Key Visibuild Terminology

Heath broke down Visibuild’s key terms:

• Inspections: Think of these as structured checklists, either templated (like ITPs) or ad hoc (like site walks).
• Tasks: These are the actionable steps within inspections, like attaching documentation or checking drawings.
• Issues and NCRs: From incomplete works to non-conformances, we explained how to classify and log problems.
• Project Location Tree: This is your project’s backbone, organising data by level, room, or area.

Using the App

The live demo brought the app to life. Heath walked through how to:

• Navigate the project location tree to zoom in on specific areas.
• Create inspections from templates and add context.
• Complete tasks by attaching photos or documents directly in the app.
• Manage offline functionality, ensuring your progress isn’t interrupted even in areas without reception.
