Since our last chat in April, the Visibuild team has been hard at work rolling out some exciting new features aimed at enhancing your experience at the company level. We discussed these updates in our recent June webinar, and for those who missed it (or want a refresher), here’s a rundown of what we covered and what’s on the horizon.
Company-Level Dashboards: Tailored Insights for All
First up, we introduced our brand-new company-level dashboards. These dashboards are designed to provide you with critical insights across all your projects. Whether you’re managing a couple of projects or overseeing 50+, the dashboard will give you a snapshot of key metrics, helping you track QA completion, defect close-out rates, and overall project health.
What’s really cool is the interactive nature of these dashboards. You can dive right into the granular data, seeing exactly where there are skipped hold points or incomplete work. This level of detail helps you pinpoint issues and address them quickly, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
Centralised Company Template and Member Management
Next, we talked about our new company template and member management features. These tools are all about centralising and streamlining your project workflows. With company templates, you can ensure consistency across all your projects by maintaining standardized templates that can be easily updated and distributed.
Member management has also been simplified. You can now easily add or remove team members, adjust project access, and ensure everyone is working with the most up-to-date information. It’s a big step toward making sure your teams are always aligned and operating smoothly.
Enhanced Project Autonomy
One of the most powerful updates is the increased autonomy for project admins. Project admins can now onboard subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients independently, without needing assistance from the Visibuild customer success team. This change empowers you to manage your projects more efficiently and respond quickly to changing needs.
VisiAI Template Builder and New Mobile App Experience
We also showcased some exciting updates to our Visio template builder. This tool allows you to create and customize project templates with ease. We even have some new features that just dropped, which I’ll be demoing in a bit.
And speaking of new experiences, we’ve overhauled our mobile app for the first time in three years! The new home screen is designed based on your feedback, making it simpler yet more impactful. Now, you can hide irrelevant locations, see recent activities, and manage your QA tasks more effectively on the go.
Upcoming Features: What to Expect in July
The month of July will focus on bringing these same insights of the Company Dashboard to the Project Dashboards.
Another exciting feature we’re rolling out is template approvals. With our project template builder, we found several use cases where it would be impactful to have a more senior person review templates. Just like how a senior person reviews site visits completed by a junior cadet, we’re applying the same concept to templates. This means more oversight and higher quality from the start.
