2023 has been an incredible year for Visibuild and I am thrilled to share some of the milestones and achievements that have defined our year as a company. At Visibuild we are motivated to push the industry forward, make meaningful change, and empower users with real-time insights. Our goal is to change the culture of quality within the construction industry and so it is important for us that each and every employee lives and breathes these values in their day-to-day work. Naturally, this passes on to our clients, with our Customer Success team being a key differentiator in making our client partnerships one of collaboration.
Our team is incredibly diverse, ranging from building professionals with over 70 years of combined industry exposure, software engineers and product designers with experience at some of the world’s leading tech companies, as well as energised up-and-coming Visibuilder’s hungry to make their mark in their given fields.
So how has Visibuild been changing the conversation of quality within the construction industry in 2023?
Empowering the Visibuild Community
We are firm believers and have said many times that technology is only as powerful as the people behind it, and thus, it is in partnership with our clients that we can bring Visibuild to new heights. Their trust, feedback, and collaboration have been instrumental in shaping the success of our platform, and we greatly value the relationships we’ve built in 2023. It is through our clients’ unique insights that drive continuous improvement within our platform, making their jobs easier and allowing them to build better.
Our client base has grown exponentially, with 3500 new users joining us in 2023 alone, bringing us to a total of almost 5000 individuals who rely on Visibuild to streamline their construction projects. We are grateful for the trust and loyalty of each user who has contributed to our thriving community.
Additionally, we have welcomed 775 new companies as clients in 2023, expanding our reach and impact across the industry. As part of our global growth strategy, Visibuild crossed the ditch into the New Zealand market this year, marking a significant milestone in our mission to provide cutting-edge construction project management solutions on an international scale.
Our project portfolio in 2023 currently sits at 393 live projects. This growth is a testament to the trust our clients place in us and the efficiency of our platform in managing construction projects of all scales. Through this 2.7 million Visis have been created, showcasing the diverse range of projects managed on our platform. Additionally a staggering 1.3 million attachments have been uploaded into the platform, providing a comprehensive archive for each project.
Looking Ahead
You won’t want to miss what we have in store for 2024. The last two years have been focused on creating a platform to efficiently implement your Quality systems, now, we are finally able to create the exciting features. We will be launching an absolute game-changer feature to the platform – Milestones. With this, quality and progress will finally be linked like never before. We have been tirelessly working towards this goal since day one. This and other forecast projects will completely change the value of our platform, and it’s one you’re not going to want to miss! Finally, some large new enterprise clients are getting ready to join us in pushing the industry forward and making quality the priority. These new clients are joining Visibuild at a very exciting time, as we continue to create meaningful, high-impact features.
As we reflect on 2023, I am filled with gratitude for the Visibuild community that has made this journey possible. Our commitment to innovation, collaboration, and excellence remains unwavering. In the coming year, we are excited to continue pushing the boundaries of what is possible in construction project management, and ultimately, the very boundaries of our product.

Frustrated by the recurring cost of rework and fragmented communication, he co-founded Visibuild to give builders a better way to manage quality, one built by the industry, for the industry.
